RJI 4.0 Visual Digital-Intelligent Convergent Command & Dispatch Platform (codename"Lancang") is a new generation comprehensive video management cloud platform integrating visual, digital, and intelligent in one package, meticulously crafted by RJI, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like 5G, AI, IoT, big data, built on top of its core technologies with a number of independent IPs in key fields including video/audio encoding/decoding, encryption, transmission, storage, distribution, summarization, searching, and smart analysis based on its independently developed AIoT data service basic foundations.

The platform adopts a industry leading "B/S+C/S" creative architectural design, refactoring 3 major core engines: stream distribution, object storage and smart analysis, achieving a nearly five-fold increase in average system runtime efficiency, with full compatibility with Linux operating systems, adopting lightweight grade Docker containerized virtual image deployment solution, certified compatibility with domestic operating systems including Kylin and Uniontech UOS, secure and trusted, independent and controllable; introducing all-new Web client (dispatching console) software requiring no browser plugins, equipped with 6 major modules: video inspection control, real-time command, collaborative conferencing, data searching, statistical analysis, and system administration, supports mutual convergence with third-party web business applications, with powerful features and flexible extensibility; PC client and mobile APP software have brand-new UI design and user experience, optimized efficacy indicators in key phases like video collection, encoding, decoding, display, and transmission, greatly increased system performance with significantly decreased power consumption.
